Skin Science Society participates in affiliate programs, including programs operated by Awin, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, and individual skincare brands. This disclosure is provided in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255) and Canada's Competition Act.
What that means
- Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we earn a commission from the retailer.
- You never pay more because of an affiliate link. The commission comes out of the retailer's side.
- Pages containing affiliate links carry a disclosure notice near the top of the page, and affiliate links are tagged so browsers and search engines can identify them.
What it does not mean
- We do not accept payment to recommend products, and brands do not review or approve our content before publication.
- Products are selected from the published evidence first; affiliate availability is checked second. When a product we'd recommend has no affiliate program, we recommend it anyway.
- Commission rates differ between brands. Our rankings never order products by what they pay us.
